Our mobile equine general practice specializes in providing comprehensive veterinary care for horses, offering services such as colic treatment, vaccinations, castration, health certificates, Coggins' testing, reproductive ultrasound, lameness exams with x-rays and ultrasound, joint injections, and dental procedures, including floating and extractions. With a primary focus on equine dentistry, we prioritize the oral health and well-being of our equine patients. Additionally, we offer compassionate and respectful small animal at-home euthanasia services, allowing pet owners to say goodbye to their beloved companions in the comfort of their own homes, surrounded by loved ones.
Bio
Dr. Werner is a San Fernando Valley native. He grew-up riding and competing his Chincoteague ponies. He then started showing in hunters-jumpers, equitation, and jumpers at local rated shows and IEA (going as far as 2016 IEA Nationals in Syracuse, NY). He then attended college in North Carolina and competed on the IHSA hunt-seat team. He also competed in Aiken, SC in jumpers. He attended veterinary school at Midwestern University in Glendale, AZ. He graduated in 2022, after completing equine externships in Kentucky, Texas, and Colorado. He currently works in small animal medicine in Woodland Hills, CA, in addition to starting Voyager Equine in 2023.
